Scutellaria barbata is an herb that grows in Korea and southern China. An extract of this plant, BZL101, has been shown to have anticancer properties in a variety of human cancers. It has also been shown to be safe in a clinical trial of women with advanced breast cancer, and to inhibit cell proliferation and induce cancer cell death.* [i], [ii], [iii]
