I've been using this for 2 years now and I rarely get sick and if I do I just feel run down for a few days but never knocked off my feet sick. I use this everyday at bedtime and if I fly or are exposed to a lot of people I use it every 30-60 min.

Amazing spray
I love the throat spray, taste and health benefits. I knew it stopped my dry coughing at night but last week I had a fever, swollen glands and sore throat. I did the spray morning, noon and night for two days, Illness was gone. The only thing I had left was a cold sore that arrived the second day. Amazing spray!
